Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty reaches out to international buyers with expertly translated listings display

It's all about experience, connections and being "outside the box." I was lucky enough to have a great listing go Pending yesterday that was offered at $3,290,000. In my opinion, you couldn't find a better home to purchase in this price range. The quality of construction, amenities and location couldn't be beat...even in Paradise Valley.
Luxury buyers...make sure you are working with an agent who is well versed in today's opportunities and who understands what a real luxury home should offer. There are too many not-so-well-built spec homes on the market. Why settle for something that is less than par? Find the gems - be smart.
