Unbelievable. A Pompeii-inspired 8,000+ SF home in Troon Highlands Estate in North Scottsdale is offered at $2,670,127. How can this be? 4,500 SF homes in the same neighborhood sell in the $2.2m range. This home is nearing completion. It's time to check it out if you want to find the "deal" of the century. (By the way Ladies...it has room for a dedicated shoe closet!)
